Yogurt bowl I’ve been making for YEARS!

Ingredients

Yield: 1 bowl

  • ¾ cup grass-fed Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 2 Tbsp almonds

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp raw honey (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Add blueberries, walnuts, and almonds on top.

  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.

  4. Enjoy!
