Ingredients
Yield: 1 bowl
¾ cup grass-fed Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
½ cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup walnuts
2 Tbsp almonds
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
Instructions
Spoon yogurt into a bowl.
Add blueberries, walnuts, and almonds on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
