Tristin Geschwender, MS, RD, LD Founder

I’ve been passionate about nutrition and wellness for as long as I can remember—and that passion has only grown stronger. I’m endlessly curious about how the body works, and in my free time, you’ll almost always find me diving into new research, learning about emerging science, and refining the way I support my clients. Nutrition is constantly evolving, and I love helping women make sense of it all—breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical steps that actually stick.

I love helping women unlearn the rigid, numbers-based approach they’ve been taught and showing them how freeing and effective it can be to focus on how their body feels, not just what the numbers say.

In my own life, I try to always practice what I preach. I value balance over perfection. I love hot yoga, long walks, and making nourishing meals that feel good to eat. I’m a minimalist at heart, drawn to simplicity, beauty, and intention in how I live, from photography to fashion to the way I show up for the people I work with.
