Metabolic Health Coaching Package – $975

For clients who want deeper support with weight loss, blood sugar balance, insulin resistance, or overall metabolic health.

This package includes:

90-minute initial deep dive session with a comprehensive nutrition and health assessment
4 follow-up coaching sessions (60 minutes each) to refine your strategy and track progress
Personalized nutrition plan and metabolic health strategy tailored to your goals
Ongoing support, accountability, and resources between sessions

Individual Coaching Sessions

New Client Consultation (90 minutes) $300

A comprehensive first session where we review your health history, nutrition habits, labs (if available), and create a personalized strategy to support your goals.

Follow-up Session (1 hour) $200

Used to review progress, adjust your nutrition plan, troubleshoot challenges, and build sustainable habits.

Quick check-in (30 minutes) $100

Shorter sessions for accountability, questions, or strategy adjustments.
