“Weight has always been a struggle from my youth through my entire lifespan. I have always worked out and been “health conscious” but my weight has always been the perpetual yo-yo. I have had moments of great success with weight loss but the constant numbers battle–from scale fluctuations, counting calories, counting carbs, counting fats…counting, counting, counting–has eventually always exhausted me. Life events would come and go, and with those, my weight would soar again.I am in the last quarter of life, and I have so much life I want to live–in a healthy way! So, last year,  with the many friends and family who have had success with the GLP-1, I began to wonder if I, too, needed the GLP-1 to achieve a healthy weight. I had been working on losing weight since January of 2025 and by July 2025, I had only lost 10 pounds. I was diligently recording every morsel I put in my mouth on the Lose It! App. At one point, I got a notification that I might be eligible to work with a dietician. While I had worked with various weight loss companies/groups, I had not ever worked 1:1 with a nutritionist or dietician. I decided to investigate, and soon signed up to meet with Tristin. She has, in fact, been a life changer

I initially told her I thought I would need to go on the GLP-1. I am not a person who loves to take any drugs and have never been on any prescriptions on a regular basis. So, I really, really did  not want that even though I envied my friends and family who were suddenly thin. Tristin told me that I could achieve similar results through intermittent fasting. I remember saying to her, “Oh great, now you don’t want me to eat!” But after hearing–and also reading more on my own–I decided it was definitely worth a try. Wow! Two words: game changer. Not only did I lose 60+ pounds since my July 2025 start date, I have gained a new lifestyle, lost the food noise, and best of all, gained control over my eating habits. Tristin explained that we are often told “what” to eat but not “when” to eat and that the “when” was just as important (if not more so!). 

I am now confident of my choices and am amazed how easy it is to delay my meals to reap the weight loss benefits. Most importantly is how wonderful I feel from the inside out. I understand the benefits of autophagy as well. The idea that I am healing my body when I fast is an added bonus. I plan ahead in my week simply determining my eating windows and remain very conscious of eating healthy foods during that time as my body craves those. 90-minute initial deep dive session with a comprehensive nutrition and health assessment
4 follow-up coaching sessions (60 minutes each) to refine your strategy and track progress
Personalized nutrition plan and metabolic health strategy tailored to your goals
Ongoing support, accountability, and resources between sessions

Individual Coaching Sessions

New Client Consultation (90 minutes) $300

A comprehensive first session where we review your health history, nutrition habits, labs (if available), and create a personalized strategy to support your goals.

Follow-up Session (1 hour) $200

Used to review progress, adjust your nutrition plan, troubleshoot challenges, and build sustainable habits.

Quick check-in (30 minutes) $100

Shorter sessions for accountability, questions, or strategy adjustments.
