  • 1½ tablespoons pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Instructions

  1. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit. Gently open it up like a small “boat.”

  2. Spoon about ½ teaspoon of peanut butter into the center of each date. Add a few pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips and a pinch of coconut flakes on top.

  3. Enjoy!
